Requesting endorsement from the Administrative Council of the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) through ad referendum for the Board to approve the following:

• USeP’s Public Investment Program (PIP) 2023-2028; and,
• USeP’s Three-Year Rolling Infrastructure Program (TRIP) 2025-2027.

Request to Grant Authority to the University President to Sign the BAC Resolution, Notice of Award, Contract, and Notice to Proceed for the Procurement of Machinery and Equipment Outlay under the Project on the Establishment and/or Support to the College of Medicine (Machinery and Equipment Outlay) Round 3, to be Awarded to SCIGATE Technology Corporation, the bidder found to have the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid, amounting to Thirty-Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 37,500,000.00)

[This Machinery and Equipment Outlay includes a comprehensive portable AV system for professional recordings and video-assisted medical debriefing system including installations for USeP School of Medicine, three (3) simulation laboratories (Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit / Renal Dialysis Unit, and Operating/Delivery Rooms)]
